Simple Pizza Pasta Recipe, easy, practical, and very tasty. 
It's perfect made in a Bonari oven!!
 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of wheat flour

  • 10g of dry biological yeast

  • 500ml of cold water

  • 50ml of Oil

  • 30g of salt

  • 10ml of olive oil

  • 20g of sugar  

 

Method of preparation:

  • Dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar in a little water 

  • Add some flour, the oil and olive oil

  • Mix everything and add the rest of the flour alternately with water until it comes off your hands

  • Make dough balls with 330g each

  • Let it rise for at least 1 hour

  • open discs and brush the sauce 

  • Prick the dough with a fork and after filling, place in the oven.
